You will receive video demonstrations of exercises that are suitable for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced; dedicated Got2Go Fitness Facebook page In this challenge you will do push ups, crunches, donkey kicks, reverse lunges, leg raises, wall sit, glute bridge, mountain climbers, flutter kicks, bicep curls, jumping jacks, arm circles, planks, and windshield wipers. Disclaimer: If you have a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholesterol, have experienced chest pain in the past month, are obese, smoke or have any medical condition that could be made worse by additional physical activity, please consult your physician before starting any fitness program. If you have a knee, shoulder or spinal injury, you should not undertake this workout.
